Mumwe coaches adhere to player-centered approach, emphasizing technical development enhancing skills and techniques and tactical awareness that is to say understanding game strategies and formations. Under Mumwe coach’s guidance, 20+players have joined professional clubs,5 players have represented the national team and multiple tournament wins, including regional and international competitions. Mumwe coaches prioritize individualized attention tailoring training programs and open communication with regular feedback and guidance.
